What’s up with this HD-TV conversion, anyway?
I’m not really paying too close attention since I’m on cable. But considering all the HD-TV Conversion Commercials I’m seeing on the local stations, I guess there must be a lot of unanswered question: When? Why? Who? Where’s my coupon? What’s a converter box? What are my options? Etc.
